Processing Time

All orders ship from our warehouse in Michigan within 7 business days. 

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has left our warehouse, it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.

If you need an expedited order or would like to check on our exact fulfillment time, please reach out at hello@barefootsoapworks.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at help@barefootsoapworks.com You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address.

Damaged Items and Replacements

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at help@barefootsoapworks.com to get a replacement order set up! Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged after delivery.

Packages Lost in Transit or Never Delivered

 If you don't see the package in your mailbox 3 days after your tracking was marked as delivered, or your item has been "in transit" for more than two weeks please contact us at help@barefootsoapworks.com. We will likely have to consider your package lost and send a replacement.
