Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. We do accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery excluding body care items such as soap, lotion, creams, scrubs, salves, lip balm, laundry detergent, beard oils, body oils. These sales are final

Due to the nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if there’s a problem with your order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. In your return package, please include a note with your order number and the item(s) you are interested in returning or exchanging.

Once we've received the item(s) back, we will be able to exchange or refund your order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.

Clearance, final sale, and grab bag orders are ineligible for return or exchange.

To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
